About the project

Pandle is a smart, user-friendly bookkeeping app we’ve developed here at Yozu — built specifically for the fast-moving world of fintech. For large accountancy companies or a solo entrepreneurs just trying to stay on top of their expenses, Pandle makes it easy to manage finances, automate invoicing, and keep everything running smoothly.

Over the past seven years, Pandle has evolved a lot — and while we’ve given the interface a few fresh coats of paint along the way, those updates were mostly cosmetic. This time, we knew it was time for something more meaningful. We’re going deeper than ever before to rethink the brand, not just the look — because great design in fintech isn’t just about how things appear, but how you explain their value.

We kicked things off with a deep dive into Pandle’s brand, running fintech-focused discovery workshops to uncover what sets it apart. Through competitor analysis, user interviews, and brand storytelling, we aligned on a clear direction that connects product, purpose, and long-term goals.

Pandle’s mission is simple: help SMEs stay in control of their finances without the headache. That simplicity isn’t just functional — it’s foundational to the brand. Clean, clear, and confident. Just like the product.

What about the app?

From a refreshed brand identity to a fully redesigned UI, every detail was crafted to withstand the scrutiny of fintech heavyweights like Sage and QuickBooks.

Our approach combined market research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to create a solid foundation. From there, we delivered a comprehensive design system and component library to streamline future development and ensure efficient and scalable visual updates.
