After a few years of slowly growing our studio, we thought it would be a good idea to properly introduce ourselves. As the creative backbone of Yozu, the wider software consultancy, we blend design knowledge with technical expertise, always aiming for measurable value. With over a decade of experience, we bring digital products from concept to market, ready to scale.

Our unique position within a larger software agency allows us to balance aesthetic vision with the practicalities of technical feasibility. In other words, we can talk the talk and walk the walk!

Meet Andy, Dado, Kasia and Kyle. We are a bigger team, though, just some of us shying away from the camera 😉

Design with purpose, build with precision

We work from the vibrant Liverpool in the north of the UK or from home, ensuring a work-life balance.

Our whole team likes a practical approach – think big, design smart. Always thinking about the real humans on the other side of the screen, we focus on thoughtful design, while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within the budget (our CCO Andy is especially keen on that!).

Every challenge starts with conversations and workshops, usually run by Kasia, who loves solving complex challenges through collaboration. This early setup of expectations allows us to deliver work that leaves a lasting positive impact on our clients’ businesses, ensuring that the real needs are met. It also simply creates a relationship between clients and our team. It allows bringing to the table kind honesty – openly discussing the pros and cons of every direction, valuing your feedback, and engaging in thorough discussions to genuinely improve your products.

Where aesthetics meets functionality

We love a good experiment, but functionality always takes precedence over flashy effects. We support your product owners or tech teams to make sure every innovative idea is also entirely feasible for delivery. Alternatively, we collaborate with Yozu to build a digital product based on our clients’ unique needs. As you see, we’re quite flexible in our approach.

Andy, our CCO, provides the strategic leadership that ensures our creative efforts are always aligned with your business goals. Except that he’s a proud dad, proud dog-owner and a True-Crime addict.

Dado, our Senior Designer from Italy, brings a touch of international flair and sophisticated aesthetic to every pixel. With years of experience in marketing, he connects the dots between your product and marketing. He’s also a fantastic pizza chef and a cat lover <3

Kasia, a Lead Product Designer from Poland, guides our creative vision with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for user-centric solutions. After work she paints, draws, and plays far too much tennis.

Kyle is a skilled web developer, collaborating closely with software engineers from Yozu. Balancing family needs with work, he’s always there to chat about football.

There’s more of us, just shying away from camera – like our dedicated Project Managers, like Alex who ensures that every project is built robustly and delivered smoothly.
