Turn your big ideas into reality

Without a clear strategy, even the strongest brand or digital product can fall flat. Brand and product strategy define who you are, who you’re speaking to, and how to make it stick — across campaigns, websites, apps, or social platforms.

We help you carve out a distinct space in the market, shape your message, and build a unified identity that connects with the right people — through close collaboration during Discovery and Brand Workshops

Our strategy work is grounded in research, insight, and a deep understanding of your business. We look at the full picture to make sure every touchpoint feels real, resonates with your audience, and drives your goals forward.

Uncover the insights you need to create a winning product or service.

When it comes to creating a successful product or service, understanding your users, competitors, and market is crucial. That’s where our research service comes in.

Some of the types of research we can perform are:

  1. User research: Gathering insights about your audience’s needs and behaviors through surveys, focus groups, and interviews helps you create better products and services that enhance their overall experience.
  2. Competitor research: Analysing your competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategies helps you identify opportunities to differentiate your brand and provide unique value. You can also learn from their mistakes to avoid similar missteps.
  3. Market research:Gathering information about your industry and market, including demographics, trends, and customer preferences, helps create targeted marketing campaigns and develop products or services that meet customer needs.

By understanding your users, competitors, and market, you can make informed decisions that enhance your business strategy, marketing, and product development, ultimately offering exceptional value to your customers.

Validate your idea and stay ahead of the competition

You have an amazing idea for a new product, and you can’t wait to get it in the hands of your customers. How do you make sure you’re not wasting time and money on something that won’t work?

MVP, or Minimum Viable Product, is a method for testing your idea with minimal investment of time and resources. It’s a stripped-down version of your product that showcases only the essential features, allowing you to quickly gather user feedback and make necessary adjustments. This iterative process saves time and money, enabling you to test your concept in weeks or days instead of months or years. By focusing on MVP development, you can continuously refine your product to better meet customer needs and improve its chances of success in the market.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we get asked about Discovery. If there is something you want to know that isn't covered here, please get in touch.

Ask a question

How long does discovery take?

Typically, discovery can take anywhere from half a day to a number of weeks depending on the type of project and the level of research, planning, and deliverables you want to achieve.

This phase is an investment into the overall success of your project and directly impacts how smoothly the project runs both in terms of timeline and budget — it is much cheaper and quicker to make decisions at this stage than half through a project!

Is discovery separate to my overall project?

The short answer is, it depends!

Some clients don’t have a clear vision for a project so choose to do discovery in the first instance to solidify their requirements, understand if there is a market or opportunity, or to get a good understand of investment levels. Other clients already know what they want to achieve and discovery becomes part of a larger project and is used to align stakeholders and generate an overall strategy and approach to delivery.

Do I need to do every aspect of discovery?

Not at all, we can shape discovery to fit your individual project and budgetary requirements. That may mean touching on all areas at a higher level or focussing on the areas that will deliver the most value.

Ultimately, the services needed will vary from client to client and project to project — there isn’t a one size fits all.
